Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Standard shipping: delivery of packages up to 30 kg.

Jewelry with precious metals are excluded from shipping
For shipments to Switzerland and "non-EU countries" the applicable VAT will not be charged.
The VAT due in each case is then due immediately upon delivery, depending on the amount of the invoice and the supplier.
Please have the necessary funds ready upon delivery
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We ship with GLS,
therefore it is unfortunately not possible to deliver to DHL or Post Packstations.
In case of return:
You bear all costs (including customs duties) of returning the goods.
Delivery times
As far as in the article description no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place with standard dispatch
Austria within 1 - 2 working days,
to Germany within 3 - 4 working days
and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 working days
after receipt of payment (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
