Sodalite donut, 30 mm

Sodalite was named after its high sodium content and is mined in the best quality only in Namibia. Its colour is dark blue or black-blue, interspersed with white stripes.
Sodalite helps in the search for truth and to stand up for oneself, dissolves feelings of guilt, and increases awareness, idealism and striving for truth.
It promotes fluid intake, and helps with hoarseness, loss of voice, fever, obesity and high blood pressure.
